Our commitment is reflected in our Returns and Refund Policy and means you can purchase from Dataroll with confidence knowing that we will offer you a refund, credit or replacement in appropriate circumstances.
Nothing in our Returns & Refund Policy affects your rights under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwlth) or any other applicable legislation.
Dataroll reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a refund, credit or replacement. This may result in a refund, credit or replacement being refused.
Dataroll may, at its discretion revise any part of this Returns and Refund Policy from time to time without notice. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Typographical, product description, pricing, images and other errors are subject to correction.
Returns & Refund Policy
Dataroll will provide a refund, credit or replacement where the delivered product:
- is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
- is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- does not match the sample or our description.
Where any of the above criteria apply Dataroll will accept product returns provided that:
- prior authorisation is obtained from a representative of Dataroll;
- you return the goods within 30 days of delivery;
- you produce your proof of purchase at the time you return the goods; and
- the goods are in their original packaging and in their original condition.
If these requirements are not satisfied Dataroll reserves the right not to offer a refund, credit or replacement.
Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully. You are not entitled to a refund, credit or replacement if you simply change your mind or if goods become surplus to requirements. Always keep your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
Goods returned without prior authorisation from a Dataroll representative may be refused on arrival at our warehouse receivals area. If such goods are accepted they will be subject to all courier, freight and handling charges and a restocking fee of 10% of the invoice value or $30 whichever is the greater. In these circumstances no refund will be made but any balance left in credit after deductions may be considered for offset against another purchase.
